Pros

1) Good HIERARCHY in organization.

Cons

1) Most PM'S are worthless, by mean worthless i mean they are not able to get full requirement of project from clients. so in any case project roll-off, only team member is responsible. no TL or PM take any responsibility. 2) All the responsibility of projects only on the Team members, Most TL'S are not very technically sound, so work pressure is very high. In case, if team member do hard work and deliver project on time. no one will appreciate your hard work. only TL's and PM's take their advantages. Every 3 month they announce. Best PM, TL, TM but this is only for show. 3) After completing one year, i found no growth in my position as well as on salary. 4) Hire and fire policy, I saw in my working days (22 employee(4-5 from flash/animation and rest from dot and java)) were fired without any reasons. 5) In my working days, after completing my 3 months they don't have projects that time on PHP so in this mean time i was on bench and they are thinking to fire those employee(6-8 employee) who were in bench so for this they asked to switch the technology (dot net and java) and conducts the interview process. after serious consideration, i did choose to switch on dot net and did their system test and got 70% on dot net which was very higher than their exceptions or passing cut-off. so they they did not have any reason to fire me and switched me to dot net, after 20 days working on dot net. they said me to switch on PHP because now they had a new project in PHP. So i felt very frustration and mental harassment at this time. 6) Cab facility is very poor at night. 7) Every one called Chetu is MNC so why alternative Saturday is working. 8) Chetu management always said it's equivalent CMM level company but It is not a CMM level company. 9) They don't have any performance measuring calculation and facts. they only measure performance what TL and PM says to HR about the Team member. Due to internal politics they don't said truth, and keep front on their dear and near one. So the deserving employee not satisfied here and tried to switch new company after completing his/her one year. Why one year? because he/she don't want to blur their profile leaving any company before one year. That's why every one said one year is enough for this company.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
