Pros

I have a work experience of 8 long years in the corporate world. This is my 3rd company and I have been working with this company for last 3 and a half years. There are so many reasons of my loyalty to this company. This is a fast growing company with so many positive opportunities to add in your career. I have seen some of my few colleagues got opportunity to work offshore as well. If you are a hard worker with great skills you have all the chances to go on the top. This is a good place to gain a good experience with great culture. I have never experienced any politics with in the company. I have learn a lot from here and planning to continue more.......

Cons

Cabs are not available in odd shift times ... May be sorted out after some time

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
