Pros

I have been working in chetu since more than two and half year and i found that chetu is one of the best company to work. I joined here as Software engineer and now i am working as technical architect. The growth that i have been given by chetu is Tremendous. This growth is not limited with a one or two person, there are various employee who have been recognize even more and get promoted as Project manager and others positions. The great thing about chetu is it's transparency. Every thing will be recognize by the senior management based on the efforts. Another good thing is you will be getting latest technology stuff to play with that. Chetu always love to works with the latest tools and technologies available in market. It gives a lot of learning platform.

Cons

Join this organization if you have zeal to learn and work quickly. Chetu is not for people who love to time pass.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
