Our employees are and will always be our most valuable resource and we work tirelessly to ensure that we are providing an enriching work environment that promotes growth, self-improvement, and a positive culture. We work to hire the very best in software development professionals and invest in furthering their training in the latest technology and coding practices. We will never place an employee in a position to work on something they have no knowledge in, as they are our day-to-day ambassadors to our clients, and we would never have anyone we did not feel was qualified to work with our clients. These operations processes are based on the best practices we have accumulated over the last twenty years our company has been in business. Additionally, we certainly do no lay off employees nor let them go due to salary reasons nor anything of the sort. We are sorry that you did not feel like our operational best practices were right for you, however, we appreciate your suggestions as improvement, both personally and collectively, is incredibly important to us.
