We are sorry to hear about your less-than-positive experience working with our company. Please know that we view our employees as our greatest resource and work tirelessly to ensure we are providing a healthy environment that promotes positive growth and self-improvement. Just as we heavily invest in your training, so too do we invest in our managers' training across the company to be the best they can be. We highly encourage you to connect with us in HR directly with your concerns so we can work to address any issues you may be having with management or otherwise. On a final note, please know that we take allegations of substance abuse very seriously and suggest you reconsider making such baseless and malicious claims about fellow co-workers.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
