Having begun my career with Chetu more than a year ago, I appreciate the growth I have been provided. Our company is innovative, in growth mode and an exceedingly skilled in software development! As a NAM I embrace “‘The Process” because it offers exceeding our client’s expectations and I absolutely applaud our CEO for his investments to help US grow professionally! Our Marketing Dept. is phenomenal and is always working to drive brand exposure and Sales opportunities! With every department, our employees are focused on exceeding expectations, both internally and externally!

Cons

Takes a little transitioning with embracing the culture of daily “ Micro Surveillance”, but once you gain an understanding as to the “ WHY” it is smooth sailing.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect.
