Pros

I joined Chetu as a team member, and after two years I was promoted to team leader. Four years later, I was promoted again to Technical Project Manager. My journey at this company has been very good so far. I have been working here for 11 years and am still employed as a Technical Project Manager. I have enjoyed the work and have gained much experience and knowledge. It is a great place to learn about app development with the ability to work in multiple sectors. There is also a good bonus structure and the opportunity to work with clients around the world. Benefits: - Learned new technologies and things. - Appraisal after six months. - Health insurance. - Friday Fun activities. - Chetu provides great opportunities to learn new tools and technologies. - Chetu has the best working environment. - Excellent place to learn the latest technologies.

Cons

I have not found any cons, it is a good company to work for.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
