Pros

I'm glad to have worked at Chetu for the past five years and to be sharing my feedback here. My experience here has been wonderful and I've learned so much. The benefits of working here include health insurance, pension plans, and more. In addition, I joined Chetu as a Team member and in the past five years have been promoted to a variety of roles, including technical project manager. In this company, employee-centricity really sets it apart from other companies in the field. Their goal is to create a culture where everyone feels valued and respected, and offer their employees the tools to succeed professionally and personally. Chetu's employees are also their greatest asset, so they are committed to giving them all the resources they require to succeed.

Cons

I have not found any cons here so far.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
