Pros

Only firing. I have joined in 2016 but Glassdoor is not giving that option. Multiple time they will not of your work when they will fire after one month. When you complete your month just before salary date they will fire you and hire another employee. Don't join this company. India, they will work by the employee on alternate Saturday but for Americans they have permanent off for Sunday and Saturday.

Cons

Atmosphere is very toxic, all the seniors are spoon of their boss sucking up to everyone. Full of politics. Employees are also not supportive and multiple employees have damaged their future.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
