Pros

Overall, I had a great experience working at this software company. The pay and benefits were competitive, the work was challenging and interesting, and the people were friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a job in the software engineering. The most amazing thing here is its six months appraisal policy which gives a financial establishment to every employee. Some other like i felt here are: Competitive salaries and benefits. Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technology. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Strong company culture.

Cons

No so far, as I learnt a lot during my one year of journey.

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
