Pros

If you are a fresher than only you can join

Cons

one of the worst company I worked for. It was my worse decision join this company. I will request you whoever is going to join this company please don't join if you have others companies offer letters as well. There are many worst things in this company but i will describe some :- 1. The first day you join this company they can terminate you any time there is not notice period 3 months whatever once you finish the project they will fire you without think anymore. 2. There is nothing to learn they have sessions which is only for showing their clients and marketing. 3. Dirty politics in the office 4. Everything HR tells you she will denied later so u need to receive an email My case :- I wanted work from home. HR keep calling me that please join this company we will provide wfh remotely. After 9 months when the project has been successfully deployed on production I received a call saying tomorrow is your last working day. Without any notice period how can they do that. I was very frustrated but they had my fnf panding. I couldn't do anything.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
