Pros

It has been a long time since working with Chetu, It has helped me a lot to learn and grow. I started my carrier in Chetu as Developer in the year 2013 as a software developer. I have organically grown from a Team member to a Technical project manager. Chetu has been a great place to grow, professionally, financially, and personally. I am getting a lot of employee benefits such as: Full coverage healthcare for team and family members – PPO, Significant 401K matching, Rapid Vacation Time accrual, Great commission rate, Company Perks: etc Thanks Chetu to provide everything which change the life.

Cons

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
