Pros

I am working since 2.5 Years in Chetu. It is a very good platform to learn new technologies and a very good opportunity to groom yourself like I started my journey in Chetu as software developer and then become SSE , Team Lead. Chetu has very good company environment. You will really feel the actual IT environment where you will get more challenges and will also get more knowledge advises from seniors. Best thing that i like in chetu is directly client interaction, so you will get knowledge of real time scenarios. Chetu has good appraisal policy(i.e. twice in a year :)).

Cons

i don't see any Cons as if you want to learn and want to enjoy in your work so Chetu is good place to learn.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Learn another perspective of AI.

Company's CEO has no idea how to run a sales force. Since 2020 the company has seen revenue decrease year over year. Company is run like a sweat shop. If you look at the reviews, white and black employees provide a very low rating. Turnover of employees throughout Chetu far exceeds industry averages. This company is ran like a "sweat shop".
