Pros

Hi, my name is Aneygopal Pandey. I have been working in Chetu for the last 3.5 years as a senior software engineer, and I have experienced that the environment and work culture is very good, the management is supportive, and you can reach out to higher authorities as well. I am thankful to Chetu for allowing me to enhance my skills and helped me grow professionally and personally. There are so many policies for employees, such as full coverage healthcare for team and family members (PPO), subsidies for meals, six-monthly appraisals, free shuttles, etc., but I like the six-monthly appraisal policy the most. The most important thing is that you get more than enough opportunities to enhance your skills, and if you perform well, you will promoted soon.

Cons

Office timing should be start two hours before.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
