Its been privilege of working at Chetu and I can confidently say that it's an outstanding company to be a part of. Chetu places a strong emphasis on employee growth and contribution, making it a rewarding and nurturing workplace. It also gives you 6 month appraisal policies and gives you collaborative environment with a team of talented and supportive colleagues.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Company's CEO has no idea how to run a sales force. Since 2020 the company has seen revenue decrease year over year. Company is run like a sweat shop. If you look at the reviews, white and black employees provide a very low rating. Turnover of employees throughout Chetu far exceeds industry averages. This company is ran like a "sweat shop".
