Each client engagement does have different management/leaders and varying office environments. That said, we strongly encourage all employees to speak with upper management or HR whenever they encounter issues with either colleagues, managers, or clients, before they feel the issue is unsolvable. We have an open-door policy and always prefer to address conflicts timely, as the satisfaction of our employees is paramount. In addition to our open door policy, we survey our employees annually through the Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE), where employees can evaluate us on the benefits offered, workplace environment and their view of Chevo and satisfaction in working for our company. We are proud to say we have won this award the last 8 years and strive to make improvements at Chevo based on feedback from our valued employees.
