Business Outlook
Pros
HR professionals are well compensated. Bonus structure is good/motivates the right behaviors. Company culture is exceptional and one of the primary reasons I would have stayed if not for the sub culture within the HR function. A lot of developmental opportunities if you are mobile.
Cons
HR functional leadership has some difficult/demotivating behaviors. There is a subculture within HR that is politics heavy and can be very challenging to work within.
