      Pros

      Good people and good pay if you are an employee. You can learn a lot an there are good opportunities if you are willing to move around.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape. Hard to get things done. Upper management makes huge changes that drastically alter your work environment and job with little or no explanation on why.
