Pros
Welcoming interactions with customers. Car Repair work is improving from what it was before. Neighborhood is improving in friendliness.
Cons
Environment is challenging to clean up since people can leave a big mess, whether it be garbage or different fluid from their cars. Certain customer service reps will have a lazy, unprofessional attitude sometimes. Management can be disorganized at times. Sometimes they would know what they're talking about. The franchise can be stringent on the visual image, but they don't provide any materials to help with the process if making the facility look better considering they turn a profit every year. To sum it up not all franchises are taken care of equally.
