Great benefits and pay. Get to deal with interesting challenges and learn a lot early in a career.
Cons
The opportunities became fewer and further between. Overbearing corporate processes forced people to live in terrible locations for extended periods of time, and people had very little control over their career trajectory. The company is acting slowly to position itself for long term growth and success, and employees feel it, which is why talent retention is the company’s greatest challenge.
