Pros

excellent pay, benefits and room for advance... The ceiling is the limit and the learning opportunities at the business unit level is unbelievable

Cons

field office locations are a different monster than corporate office. The atmosphere is a bit stressful and the attitude is still in the past where women have a tougher time fitting in. Another con... always the lingering worry about layoffs and buyouts. not so much in the corporate setting, but definitely in the field setting

Pros

Working with an amazing team who cares about your work-life balance and gives flexibility if emergencies arise. The pay is also very good.

Cons

The commute to the office is very difficult and having to come into work 4 days a week. Also, you have to pay for parking and there are no vouchers. They also have layoffs and downsizing on a regular basis so it is very nerve wrecking.
