Chevron does offer advancement with decent benefits.
Cons
Due to moving people around every two years, there is poor retention of knowledge and processes, strong believer in multiple spreadsheets and dated systems that do not fit the industry, prioritization of making supervisors look good instead of prioritizing workload with flexibility and common sense, work life balance in some groups is not a priority.
