Pros
Great co-workers and amazing customers. Having a ton of regular customers makes work feel like home. It's like a big family here. The company also offers really great rewards for working their promotions either in cash or prizes. My store is part of a franchise so I'm not sure about all chevron stores.
Cons
We do have to deal with thieves, homeless, and real junkies on a daily basis. High stress at times and very busy so we are always cleaning, filling shelves, and stocking the cooler. At times we feel under payed for the sweat and tears we put into the place but we all stick around. Like I said, we are family.
