Pros
Great pay and benefits. Safe work environment. Challenging work. Awesome schedules. Bonus plan, profit sharing, 401k, pension. Not limited to my job, can participate in teams. Supervisor wants you to learn new skills and grow. Good performance feedback.
Cons
There are some people who feel entitled, and have unrealistic expectations. Gotta be the best to be promoted and be a supervisor. Boss expected me to work without listening to headphones.
