Pros
The benefits here are one of the main reasons I came to work here: 980 schedule, 401k with match, pension plan, great health insurance and vacation plan. The work is challenging! I enjoy the people I work with and the culture of the company as well.
Cons
We are a lean company. There is a lot of work to be done for the amount of staff.
