      Pay and benefits are great. The company is striving for safety focus and heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is an afterthought. Poor communication between units, between management, and between crafts. Morale is very low across the board and while investments are being made in the units, they spend almost nothing on the basic necessities.
