Great coworkers, pay, and time off.
Cons
Training has really taken a hit in recent years. Also not the most clear performance reviews. I was a high roller so I was promoted frequently, but sometimes it didn't make sense, other times I thought I was to get a promotion and things fell through. You have to manage your own progression here moreso than at other chemical companies.
