Pros

You can't beat Chewy.com if you're into a casual environment or a friendly atmosphere. The workplace is one that's easy to fit in with, and people from all walks of life fill the rows and chat with folks all day about dog and cat supplies. If you put in the work, and don't expect life to be shot, dressed, and served on a silver platter to you, you can find yourself climbing the ladder at a reasonable pace, especially if you've come in at entry-level. The pay is solid, there's as much OT as you can stand to sign up for, and the people are all friendly enough if you don't take offense to everything that isn't a flowery compliment caressing your ear canals. If you try, you can make friends easily, and there are always little events going on. If you're a normal, acceptable, reasonably mature person, you'll love it.

Cons

If you're one of those idiots that try to get upset about everything, thinks everyone's out to get you, and despite all this are 100% positive that your crap smells like roses, this may not be the ideal working environment for you. If you have a solid work ethic, don't try your hardest to be the source of workplace drama, and do your job, the only con is that a few more vacation days wouldn't hurt. But where isn't that the case?

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
