Pros
Don't have supers or bosses hovering over me If you can show you are productive and reliable, the sky is the limit on what they will allow you to do. This is my first week working here and I've learned almost all areas of the warehouse besides the inbound area. Pay is decent but I'm sure with time I will grow. Most people are very pleasant and get along well. Benefits are the best I've seen l, from automatically getting 40 personal hours out the gate, to top notch but cheap insurance. Small incentives such as products (beats by dre) u can buy with chewy cards u get from good performance or attendance. Starting here as a launch team member you can help in making a difference how things go. Also love the schedule I have, work 4 10 hour days and off 3.
Cons
They get the usual people that probably won't be there longer than two months that don't pay any attention to what they do as to what they should be doing. So it's kinda annoying to be working my butt off and see these slackers. They try to push that the lead and management really care about employees, but only a few actually do and make sure to keep in touch. I understand it can't be impossible to keep a connection with EVERYONE but if a employee comes to you with a issue, shrugging it off and ignoring the person doesn't set a good example. Not really big issues, just the usual warehouse environment but they try to sugar coat it with the interview and orientation by over selling the "persona" of working at chewy.
