Pros

It's impossible to love something every minute of every day, but the highs tremendously outweigh the low's when you're working for Chewy's Customer Service Dept. Positivity is the championed attribute of its work force, and also of its management. When life hands you lemons, there's always a recipe for lemonade hidden in the cookbook here. Chewy is extremely receptive and its managers will thoughtfully amend any of its own potentially-problematic practices for the sake of everyone's protection & wellness. In the past I've worked for managers that were cancerous / cannibalistic. I thank heaven everyday that my managers here are the furthest from that descriptor.

Cons

everyone is too friendly and too nice. Parking is nearly impossible and you're expected to arrive on time every single day.

Thanks for the feedback. It's people like you who make us great! Thank you for caring for our customers. We think the parking will clear up in the next 45 days when another tenant in the building relocates.

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
