Pros

Working here you're provided with multiple opportunities to grow into a position you aim for. Chewy does everything they can to promote from the inside, and push their employees to get to the position they want to be in. Chewy provides you with all the tools needed to make sure your customers are happy, while also giving you the ability to learn from experience. While every situation may not be the same, you definitely gain some advanced critical thinking skills to make sure you can provide the best service possible! Learn to lead and provide guidance to create other leaders. If you love pets, this is the perfect place for you!

Cons

Getting use to being uncomfortable - This is only due to being presented a new thing with every call, chat, or email. You're always provided with all the tools to put together the perfect way to take care of each and every customer, no matter what is needed. These uncomfortable things are just more opportunities to think critically. Occasional Failure at a task or in a situation - Don't let it get you down! These failures are chances to grow and develop new ways of thinking and skills. A far drive from where I live - But more than worth it!

Pros

I am an artist and I get to do an art-related job. The schedule is flexible when things pop up. I get health insurance and 401k and a lot of free food, and there is free gym access in the office building. The people I work with are all generally very cool, friendly, and/or fun to work with.

Cons

The pay rate is below the industry standard for production artists. I am not able to afford a place of my own. I live with my parents and I work another job to supplement my income. I am basically surviving and able to pay all my bills, but I would not be able to live a full life on my own with the pay rate as it is now. The work culture portrays itself as progressive and inclusive place but it is the typical corporate toxic environment.
