Business Outlook
Pros
The company is growing very fast. There is a ton of opportunity for growth and advancement. The management team gets along well. No red tape and no pointless daily/weekly meetings. At a former job, I used to spend hours putting together reports that no one ever read. That doesn't happen here. The work you are asked to do here is value added. You have the ability to make every day fun.
Cons
The hours are not 8-5, but I don't know of any warehouse management job that is. Better than other places for sure. As with any new company, not all the resources you want are immediately available, but each day we get closer to that point.
