      Ability for overtime because nobody wants to work there

      Cons

      I would never take a family member or a close friend to this psychiatric facility. The therapists here are a joke and do not actually provide therapy. They keep people for insurance money, and the facility is old, dirty, and needs updating

      Good pay, good coworkers, flexible hours available

      Cons

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
