      Their benefits were generous, most times scheduling was flexible.

      Cons

      Management was very dismissive and favored certain employees. The company cares more about financial intake versus the well-being of their patients. They also hire anyone to work with acute patients, which is not only dangerous to the employee, but the patients too.

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
