      Busy, fast-paced, good training, attentive supervisors, and a good work environment.

      Cons

      Short staffed sometimes, get cancelled a lot if PRN, can be difficult jobs and hands on but you get trained for how.

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
