      Small hospital, 9/10 staff are friendly and helpful, variety of mental health presentations, speciality units allow for internal transfers to meet patient’s needs, you will not need to do any work outside of work hours

      Cons

      High turn over rate, often understaffed, you may be asked to fill roles of others

      Cons

      Sometimes "no fly" patients would return, could cause danger for staff. Over medicating at times

      Pros

      They will always need someone to work because they are short staffed, you can accumulate a lot of hours.

      Cons

      hectic, poor management, unsafe conditions inappropriate patients on lower level of psych units and non therapeutic environment.
