Pros
Lots of overtime during the pandemic. Great training programs. Management really cares about your growth. Everyone really cares about the work they do, customer comes first (in a good way).
Cons
A lot of inter-office politics impeding on the job, management never cared to get people to knock it off so we can just focus on work. This goes for this industry and not this company, but you will be expected to work many extra hours.
