Pros

CTC has an awesome atmosphere - fun and friendly and provides all of the office perks of a tech company. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Can't think of a con off the top of my head. Hours are not terrible depending on what group you are working with. Much better than similar paying finance jobs for hours

Pros

High-potential, high-caliber, low-ego environment. The people at the firm really embody the broader culture of the business. There is a cohesive plan that flows from the board level down to the day-to-day work each employee does. There is also a conscious effort to develop talent, which I really appreciate.

Cons

it's a culture led firm so by nature not a fit for everyone.
