Pros

Profitable company with a long term vision Clear strategy that is well communicated Truly values integrity, particularly in the way it treats staff. Honest, trustworthy and transparent management and culture Long term greedy, not willing to sacrifice principles or values to make a short term profit. Very social and inclusive workplace.

Cons

Career opportunities can be a bit limiting, but nothing surprising given the industry and company size.

Pros

High-potential, high-caliber, low-ego environment. The people at the firm really embody the broader culture of the business. There is a cohesive plan that flows from the board level down to the day-to-day work each employee does. There is also a conscious effort to develop talent, which I really appreciate.

Cons

it's a culture led firm so by nature not a fit for everyone.
