smart people, teamwork oriented. generous benefits, especially for more junior people.

Cons

it used to be that you'd get stuck in one area for a long time but i think they changed that now.

Pros

High-potential, high-caliber, low-ego environment. The people at the firm really embody the broader culture of the business. There is a cohesive plan that flows from the board level down to the day-to-day work each employee does. There is also a conscious effort to develop talent, which I really appreciate.

Cons

it's a culture led firm so by nature not a fit for everyone.
