Good WLB, left work at 5:30pm

Cons

For the same level (2-3yr exp), people who joined the firm in the last few years and worked their way up got paid 120k less in bonus than lateral hire. That means the same pay as people who freshly graduates from college this year

Pros

High-potential, high-caliber, low-ego environment. The people at the firm really embody the broader culture of the business. There is a cohesive plan that flows from the board level down to the day-to-day work each employee does. There is also a conscious effort to develop talent, which I really appreciate.

Cons

it's a culture led firm so by nature not a fit for everyone.
