Pros

Mostly a great place to work. Pay and benefits are nice, large amount of holidays off and a majority of the people you will work with are great. Most people can work from home on Fridays and it’s a family oriented and casual culture.

Cons

There is one individual who I worked with directly who presents as a misogynist and racist. The company is aware of this. During my interviews, I was advised this person was well liked and easy to work with. But upon my departure I was told that the company considered not hiring a woman for this role because of “how this person is”. (To clarify, I mean sexist comments along the lines of women are dumb, not capable of intelligent work, all they wanna do is shop, etc.)

Pros

Chill environment, no micromanaging from supervisors

Cons

I worked there through allegiance staffing. I was told that some people didn't get hired by the company and stayed a temp for years!! And then when you do get hired, you get like 50 cent more, bringing your hourly to a whopping $15.50. seriously? 15.50? How can anyone manage on that in 2024. There is no advancement. I heard the supervisors are making like 17-18 lol. Also, the people who wrapping pallets and putting stickers on the orders were getting paid the same as me, a forklift operator. That's ridiculous. Anyone can wrap a pallet. To me that's an "f you" to the operator. They obviously take advantage of temps, not wanting to pay for medical insurance to as many people as they can, so I'd do the same to them. Only work here in between your next job.
