Pros

The growth opportunities are endless there and the upper management seems to at least mildy care about there team. The customer service training is immense and is invaluble to move forward with the things they teach you.

Cons

The biggest con is that the pay is very very bad. I found out that the Mcdonalds down the street pays 8.50 to start! im am paid minimum and expected to give maximum. They worry about very stupid things that perhaps if payed fairly for, would be acceptable to perform. At Mcdonalds their expected to stand and take orders. At chick fil a they expect you to treat guests as though it were there last day on earth. It its a great place to grow yourself but be carefull because if your not they WILL brainwash you.... Ive seen it happen :-#

Pros

Excellent work environment, lots of opportunity to move up the ladder at Chick-fil-A as a company, and the employees honestly make it such a fun place to work at!

Cons

Leadership at this location has been in transition for the past few months, which adds a bit of a challenge to team members. Once a new Store Operator steps in, leadership should be much smoother and stable.

Pros

- great job while i was in school - learned a lot about customer service - team i worked with was great

Cons

- when they changed the pay, there was some growing pains however they made it right in the end - sometimes had to work past schedule and with school, it was taxing at times, not a deal breaker though - limited spots to move up
