Pros

Generally had the schedule I wanted. Enjoyed working with most of my fellow employees but I do not include most of the management team in this. Customers were generally very nice, especially the kids and teenagers. I was paid well compared to other employees in the same job category.

Cons

Operator generally isn't concerned about you. Most of the management does not know how to manage. Teenagers cannot manage teenagers. Operator awards us vacation time but then "forgets" to pay us even after submitting the proper paperwork. Have to keep after him for the money. Have been cussed at by the general manager once but did not go to the operator with this complaint as they were much too friendly with each other. Operator spends next to no time in the store. Expected to be at work even if you are sick. Management is perfectly content to let good employees leave.

Pros

Excellent work environment, lots of opportunity to move up the ladder at Chick-fil-A as a company, and the employees honestly make it such a fun place to work at!

Cons

Leadership at this location has been in transition for the past few months, which adds a bit of a challenge to team members. Once a new Store Operator steps in, leadership should be much smoother and stable.

Pros

- great job while i was in school - learned a lot about customer service - team i worked with was great

Cons

- when they changed the pay, there was some growing pains however they made it right in the end - sometimes had to work past schedule and with school, it was taxing at times, not a deal breaker though - limited spots to move up
