Pros
I work with great people from owner down to cashier. Opportunity for pay raises and advancement in position. Awesome food. Most of the customers are loyal and nice as well. I and my coworkers even receive tips from customers occasionally. When corporate people visit the store, they are courteous and friendly with employees; they don't look down on anyone. Management sets high standards and generally enforces them. Problem employees do not last long here.
Cons
We're beginning to hire some people who can hardly speak or even understand English. This obviously creates problems with communication. And there's the occasional bad-tempered customer.
