Cons
Lots of turnover lately with really good people leaving; young inexperienced supervisors are chasing these good people away with their nit-picking style of management. Supervisors tend to create the very problems they turn around and diagnose. For example, initiative and creative problem solving is squashed when supervisors put people down and/or don't listen to ideas and then these same supervisors turn around and say their employees are weak and unable to make decisions. It's very sad to see how many great and highly skilled employees have been chased away by folks who simply do not know how to manage great and highly skilled people.
