The Childplus side has the best of everything: managers, coworkers, office environment, etc.

Cons

Procare/Roper is replacing much of what made CP #1 with typical profit focused, create shareholder value for investors, etc.

Used to be an organization that focused on making the administrative tasks of Head Start less time consuming so they could spend more time helping children and families

Cons

Ever since being sold in 2021 by the family that started the company, the main focus has been profits, profits, profits (and more profits). I get it, it's a business and it exists to make money for its owners but there has to be a balance.
