The work environment is very pleasant. There isn't too much pressure, just get your work done and you will be fine.

Cons

There aren't many downsides. Higher pay would be nice but besides that the company is cool.

Used to be an organization that focused on making the administrative tasks of Head Start less time consuming so they could spend more time helping children and families

Cons

Ever since being sold in 2021 by the family that started the company, the main focus has been profits, profits, profits (and more profits). I get it, it's a business and it exists to make money for its owners but there has to be a balance.
