Pros
*Co-workers were awesome and really took the time out to make sure I was okay and assisted me with anything I needed. They were extremely kind and I was VERY blessed to have them during my short time there. *The best thing about ChildPlus really are the employees, everyone except my boss treated me with nothing but respect. *The President was very kind and took the time to get to know me and I was super appreciative of that!
Cons
*There is no HR team, so if your boss wants to yell at you, mock you, belittle you, there is really nothing you can do about it unless you quit. *Again, since there is no HR team, there is no formal way to train a new employee or set standards/expectations between a boss and the employee. I had to be the one to ask for a 3 month review AND I was also the one to start a majority of the conversations. *My boss would constantly talk about me to other people and other employees. My bosses comments made me feel extremely undervalued and as a result, my time here had a very negative impact on my emotional health.
