Management has little to no experience in area that they manage and seems more concerned about punitive measures than helping employees. No break room access even though was told when starting would have access to a fridge microwave and eating area. Getting onboard and access to job functions was a nightmare. Always having to request access to be able to chart on patients, get paystubs basically anything your job requires. Low end of the pay scale for Texas especially Dallas area I should be making at least $3/hr more for my job. Management also seems preoccupied in squeezing every dime they can out of patients, families and staff.
